What has changed
This page lists what changed in Client Ledger, with the date of each change. It only covers what is live. A feature missing from this page has not shipped yet.
6 November 2026: your export can be recounted
Your workspace export now states the row count of each table. You can recount what you take out, table by table, and compare it with what you had.
- The portal's first approval email states the amount and the answer-by date
- When a delivery date moves, the portal shows the current date beside the proposed one
- A new workspace shows a sample labelled as a sample, before your own data
5 November 2026: prices never move quietly
The pricing page and the Terms now state our commitment in writing: any price change is announced by email at least 30 days ahead, and it never applies to a period already paid for.
- In a slow stretch, you can drop to the free plan and keep your history in read-only view
- Annual savings are stated in euros: €38 saved a year on Solo, €78 on Pro, €158 on Studio
- Portal reminders name the answer-by date
4 November 2026: monthly retainers arrive
The Retainers module tracks the hours you sell each month: the counter runs, unused hours carry over within the agreed limit, and your client sees the same balance as you on their portal.
- Extra time becomes an addendum your client accepts in writing on the portal
- The hours land on the counter as soon as they agree
- A monthly email sums up what was delivered to each client
